Court preparation
Requirements depend on your case, court and orders. A located resource is not proof that it is mandatory; unknown means not yet verified, not exempt.
Personal preparation only. Save deliberately on a private device; nothing is filed with a court.
Parenting plan
When custody or placement is contested, a party seeking custody/placement must file a proposed plan within 60 days after mediation is waived or the mediator reports no agreement, unless the court orders otherwise (§767.41(1m)). FA-4147V is the voluntary form (Spanish available); give it to the mediator at least 10 days before initial mediation.

Parent education
§767.401 authorizes court-ordered parenting programs (up to four hours when made a condition of judgment); it is not an automatic statewide mandate. Counties set programs—for example, Fond du Lac requires its 3-hour Living Apart, Parenting Together session for divorcing parents with minor children.

Child support paperwork
Wis. Admin. Code DCF 150 (Child Support Standard) governs support. DCF provides estimating tools, including Shared-Placement and Split-Placement worksheets; only the court orders or modifies support.

- Yes. Every tool on this page is free with no signup. General tools work in Wisconsin, but always check your local court's rules and forms.
- Does CoParent Circle have official Wisconsin forms?
- We do not offer a guided official Wisconsin form. Verified official resources are separate from general tools; a CPC proposal does not replace documents your court requires.
