For professionals
Your clients' cases, in one portal.
Attorneys, mediators, guardians ad litem, and therapists. Stop hunting through email and screenshots — and stop paying a seat tax to do it.
Your access is free. There's no per-seat fee, and your firm teammates come free.
Designed with family law in mind
Tamper-evident record, clear timestamps, exhibit-ready exports.
Court-ready reports
Date-ranged PDFs and CSVs covering messages, schedule, expenses, and documents.
Per-case access
View-only or commenting. Clients control what you see; you see exactly what they share.
Auditable
Every access logged. Pro actions show in the client's audit trail.
Built for firms, not just solos
Free seats for your whole team. Role-based. Fully audited.
Most platforms force you to share a single firm login — which breaks audit trails and runs into bar-ethics trouble the moment a paralegal leaves. We took a different path.
- Free seats for your team. Invite the attorneys, paralegals, assistants, and billing people your cases need. No per-user pricing, ever.
- Five roles. Owner, Attorney, Paralegal, Assistant, Billing — each with sensible default permissions.
- Per-case staff assignment. Staff only see cases they're explicitly assigned to. A paralegal on Smith v. Smith doesn't get blanket access to every other matter.
- Per-human audit trail. Every export, note, and view records the actual person — not "the firm account." Final / attorney-reviewed sign-off is gated to attorneys only.
How it works
- 1.The lead attorney is invited by the client and accepts.
- 2.On first sign-in, choose "create firm" and become the owner.
- 3.Invite staff from /pro/firm — each gets a personal login.
- 4.On each case, lead picks which staff to pull in (paralegal, co-counsel, assistant, read-only).
- 5.Generate court reports. Only attorneys can mark a report "Final / attorney-reviewed."
Step by step
Your client invites you
They send a one-click invite from their case. You don't pay — they do, on their Pro or Family plan.
You see only what they share
Per-resource toggles: messages, calendar, expenses, documents, recordings, notes, audit. View-only by default.
Export when you need it
Generate a date-ranged, court-ready PDF for hearings, mediation, or settlement — your name is on the export footer.
Frequently asked
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. Your client's Pro or Family plan covers your access, and there's no per-seat fee.
- Can I bring my paralegal or co-counsel?
- Yes — and every team member gets their own login. Create a firm, invite your staff at the role you choose (attorney, paralegal, assistant, billing), then assign them to individual cases. Firm seats are free. Every action is attributed to the actual human, so the audit trail holds up in court.
- Is the record admissible?
- Every message, edit, and access event is time-stamped and fully logged with an unbroken, exportable audit trail. Exports include a chain-of-custody page and a SHA-256 integrity hash so the PDF can be verified against tampering.
- Do you support two-factor authentication?
- Yes. Every seat can enable TOTP-based 2FA from Settings → Two-factor authentication. Works with any authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator) — no SMS dependency.
- What happens if my client's subscription lapses mid-case?
- You get a 14-day grace window. Pro access continues, both parent and pro are notified, and you can export everything (court reports, audit logs, documents) before access ends.
- Can the other parent see that I'm involved?
- Your presence appears in the inviting parent's audit log only. The opposing parent never sees your communications with your client.
Evidence base
Every core feature maps to a peer-reviewed recommendation.
No hollow claims. We describe what the research supports — never what we haven't independently proven.
Structured messaging with tone review and a tamper-evident record
Supports the practice the research points to: reduce children's exposure to interparental conflict by moving heated exchanges out of shared spaces and into a neutral, reviewable channel.[5, 6, 15]
Shared calendar, expense ledger, and safe-exchange logging
Aligns with the 'resources from both parents' finding: shared physical custody works when both households can coordinate the practical infrastructure of a child's life without friction.[9, 10]
Court-ready exports, evidence chain, and parenting-coordinator access
Aligns with parenting-coordination practice and APA custody-evaluation guidelines: give courts and neutrals a clean, verifiable record instead of screenshots and hearsay.[14, 15, 16]
Verified mediator and attorney directory with intake
Routes families toward the mediation pathway that Emery's 12-year RCT showed keeps both parents involved without adding conflict.[13]
Bracketed numbers refer to the 18 peer-reviewed sources listed in the evidence page.
