Court preparation
Requirements depend on your case, court and orders. A located resource is not proof that it is mandatory; unknown means not yet verified, not exempt.
Personal preparation only. Save deliberately on a private device; nothing is filed with a court.
Parenting plan
Under the Parenting Act (§43-2929), a court-approved parenting plan is required when parenting functions are at issue; if none is submitted the court creates one. Forms DC 6:5.37, 6:5.38, 6:5.39, 6:5.14; modification DC 6:15.2 and 6:15.3. Certain county-filed paternity/support actions are excluded.
