Custody establishment or modification requires a parenting plan, including custody addressed in divorce; CINA cases are excluded. CC-DR-109 is the plan tool, CC-DR-110 the Joint Statement when no comprehensive agreement exists. Both need MDJ-008 for restricted information.

Education may be court-ordered. Programs, fees and instructions vary by circuit; confirm with the Family Support Services Coordinator. No universal course deadline is established here.
