Court preparation
Requirements depend on your case, court and orders. A located resource is not proof that it is mandatory; unknown means not yet verified, not exempt.
Personal preparation only. Save deliberately on a private device; nothing is filed with a court.
Parenting plan
HRS §571-46.5 requires parents in contested custody actions to file a joint plan or separate proposed plans at the outset. Forms are circuit-specific (e.g., First Circuit 1F-P-846, Fifth Circuit 5FE160). Application to a particular modification filing is not expressly established.

Parent education
Kids First is the Family Court program, implemented by circuit through attendance notices. Excusal requires a request the judge approves (e.g., First Circuit 1F-P-835, Second Circuit 2F-P-532); it is not automatic. Price, Spanish course and statewide deadline are not established.

- Does CoParent Circle have official Hawaii forms?
- We do not offer a guided official Hawaii form. Verified official resources are separate from general tools; a CPC proposal does not replace documents your court requires.

- On the official site: https://www.courts.state.hi.us/self-help
CoParent Circle is a private company. These tools are not legal advice and are not endorsed by any court.
