Listings copied from DCF's official provider list on 2026-11-07; expired approvals removed. Online courses serve every county, but some judges require in-person — ask your clerk. Confirm the course on DCF's list before paying.
The official listing embeds an external report. If it does not load, use DCF's program page; never bypass a browser security warning.
2. Check the requirement and timing
§61.21 requires at least four hours for covered dissolution cases with minor children and paternity actions involving parental responsibility. Parties with children who have identified special needs or emotional concerns must select a tailored course. Good-cause excuses or extensions come from the court, not this tool. Parents are not required to attend together.
The statutory starting point is the event above, with completion within 45 days unless excused. In paternity, the other party's trigger is not simply service. Proof must be filed before final judgment.
3. Complete and file
Ask whether the provider files the certificate or gives it to you. Do not assume automatic filing. Keep a copy and verify the court received it. Ask the provider/court about fee assistance; CPC fee waivers do not pay outside course fees. These personal checkmarks are not official proof.
Official links and statute checked November 7, 2026. Provider listings and fees are maintained by DCF/providers, not CPC.
